Patient 31
Longterm result in male patient with hairline lowering after scalp expansion. Long term result with no visible scar.

This is a result of a typical African American Ethnic hair problem treated by 1500 Follicular unit grafts. Traction on the hair from use of strong relaxers and tight braids frequently causes hair loss at the front of the hairline, the temples and sometimes behind the ears. If this is not too extensive it can be treated by grafts or sometimes by hairline lowering surgery.
